1. About the service
TapClip (the “App”) is an iOS application that saves information about the web page you are viewing to Notion.
2. Requirements
Using the App requires a device running iOS 17.0 or later, a Notion account, and your agreement to these Terms.
3. Pricing
The App offers a Free plan, which limits how many pages you can save, and a Pro plan, a monthly subscription with no such limit. Pro is purchased as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store and renews automatically. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your iOS settings.
4. Working with Notion
The App saves data through the Notion API. It accesses only what you granted during OAuth authorization, and you can revoke that access at any time from your Notion settings.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse engineer the App, gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with the stability of the service, or use it for any purpose that violates applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”, without any warranty as to the integrity or availability of data. It may become temporarily unusable because of changes to, or failures of, external services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
7. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer. Rights in the content you save to Notion remain with the respective rights holders of that content.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. Continuing to use the App after a revision constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute.
10. Language
This English text is provided for convenience. The Japanese version of these Terms is the authoritative text, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
